Bone Marrow
Bone marrow can be introduced around 6 months. It's a traditional nutrient-dense food used in many cultures for babies.
How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Scoop roasted marrow and mix into purees or spread on soft bread. 9-12 months: Serve with vegetables. 12-24 months: Offer as a spread or in soups.

Rich in healthy fats, collagen, and fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K. Contains iron and supports gut health.
A note from the editors
Roast bones at 450°F (230°C) for 15-20 minutes. Marrow should be soft and slightly jiggly when done.

Always cook thoroughly. Source from quality grass-fed animals. The soft texture is easy for babies to eat.
