Cilantro
Fresh cilantro can be introduced around 6 months. It has a distinctive flavor that some love and others dislike - taste preference may be genetic.
How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Add finely minced cilantro to bean or avocado purees. 9-12 months: Mix into rice dishes or mild salsas. 12-24 months: Use as garnish on various dishes.

Good source of vitamins A, C, and K. Contains antioxidants and may help with digestion.
A note from the editors
Use the leaves and tender stems - the stems have lots of flavor. Store with stems in water like flowers.
