Food guide
Clementine Fruit
Clementines can be introduced around 6 months. They're seedless, easy to peel, and perfectly sized segments for babies.
How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Offer segments with membrane removed for baby to gum. 9-12 months: Serve whole segments as finger food. 12-24 months: Offer multiple segments or whole fruit.
Nutrition
Excellent source of vitamin C. Contains fiber, folate, and potassium. Good hydration.
A note from the editors
Clementines are naturally seedless, making them ideal for babies. Choose heavy fruits for juiciness.
Good to know
Remove the membrane if difficult for baby. Citrus can cause diaper rash in some sensitive babies.
