How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Quarter lengthwise and mash, or puree. 9-12 months: Offer quartered grapes. 12-24 months: Continue serving quartered lengthwise.
Nutrition
Good source of vitamins C and K. Contains antioxidants. High water content for hydration.
A note from the editors
Use a grape cutter for quick, safe preparation. Seedless varieties are more convenient.
Good to know
ALWAYS quarter grapes lengthwise until age 4+. Whole or halved grapes are a major choking hazard due to their round shape.
