Honeydew Melon
Honeydew melon can be introduced around 6 months. Its sweet, mild flavor and soft texture are ideal for babies.
How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Offer soft pieces or mash. 9-12 months: Serve small cubes as finger food. 12-24 months: Offer larger pieces or slices.
Nutrition
Good source of vitamin C and potassium. High water content for hydration. Contains B vitamins.
A note from the editors
A ripe honeydew has a creamy yellow color, not green. It should smell slightly sweet.

Remove all seeds and rind. Choose ripe melons that smell sweet. Wash outer rind before cutting.
