How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Offer soft, roasted or steamed wedges (skin removed) or mashed kabocha squash mixed with breastmilk/formula. 9-12 months: Serve small, soft, bite-sized cubes of cooked kabocha squash, either steamed or roasted. 12+ months: Continue with bite-sized pieces or offer kabocha in stews, soups, or as a flavorful side dish.
