Nectarine
Nectarines can be introduced around 6 months when ripe and soft. They're like peaches but with smooth skin.
How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Mash or puree ripe nectarine flesh. 9-12 months: Offer soft slices as finger food. 12-24 months: Serve slices or halves.

Good source of vitamins A and C. Contains potassium, fiber, and antioxidants. Low in calories.
