Paprika
Sweet paprika can be introduced around 6 months. It adds color and mild sweetness without being spicy.
How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Add a tiny pinch to vegetable purees or chicken dishes. 9-12 months: Use in mild stews and egg dishes. 12-24 months: Include in meat rubs and vegetable preparations.
Nutrition
Excellent source of vitamin A and antioxidants. Contains vitamin E and B vitamins. Adds color without calories.
