How to serve at this age

6-9 months: Add finely minced parsley to vegetable purees or soups. 9-12 months: Mix into egg dishes, pasta, or grain bowls. 12-24 months: Use as garnish on various dishes.

A note from the editors

Store fresh parsley with stems in water in the fridge. Both leaves and stems are nutritious.
