Semolina
Semolina can be introduced around 6 months. It cooks into a smooth porridge that's easy for babies to eat.
How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Cook into smooth porridge with breast milk or formula. 9-12 months: Mix with fruit purees or vegetables. 12-24 months: Use in various sweet or savory preparations.
Nutrition
Good source of protein and B vitamins, especially thiamine. Contains iron and some fiber.
