Nutrition
Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, crucial for brain development and eye health. They also provide protein for growth, fiber for digestive regularity, and magnesium, important for bone health.
A note from the editors
Store walnuts in an airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer to keep them fresh and prevent them from going rancid.
Good to know
Walnuts are a common allergen. When introducing, offer a tiny amount alone and watch for any allergic reactions for several days. Never offer whole nuts or large pieces to babies due to a severe choking risk.
