Raspberries can be introduced around 6 months. Their soft texture makes them good for babies learning to eat.

How to serve at this age

6-9 months: Mash raspberries or offer whole for baby to gum. 9-12 months: Serve whole berries. 12-24 months: Offer as snacks or in dishes.

Nutrition

A note from the editors

Don't wash raspberries until ready to use. They're delicate and spoil quickly when wet.
