Ricotta Cheese
Ricotta cheese can be introduced around 6-9 months. It's mild, creamy, and easy for babies to eat.
How to serve at this age
6-9 months: Serve plain or mixed with fruit purees. 9-12 months: Use as spread or in pasta dishes. 12-24 months: Include in various sweet and savory recipes.

Good source of protein, calcium, and vitamin A. Contains whey protein and B vitamins. Relatively low in sodium.
