  • Dairy-free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp smooth unsweetened peanut butter
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

  1. 01

In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp smooth unsweetened peanut butter, and 2 well-mashed ripe bananas.

  2. 02

Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and the mixture holds together when pressed between your fingers.

  3. 03

If the mixture is too sticky, add a few more oats; if too dry, add a tiny bit more mashed banana.

  4. 04

Using clean hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a marble — small enough to be safe for baby.

  5. 05

Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm before serving. No baking required!
