Ingredients

  • 1 cup seedless grapes (red or green)
  • 1 tbsp water

Method

  1. 01

Wash 1 cup of seedless grapes thoroughly, then cut each grape in half or quarters to reduce choking risk.

  2. 02

Place the quartered grapes in a small saucepan with 1 tablespoon of water.

  3. 03

Cook over medium-low heat for 4–5 minutes until grapes are very soft.

  4. 04

Mash with a fork for a textured consistency, or blend until smooth for younger babies.

  5. 05

Cool completely before serving and check for any remaining skins that may be tough.
