Food guide
Blueberry
Blueberries can be introduced as early as 6 months of age. They are soft and easy to mash. But be careful with the sizing. Since they are perfectly round shape, cut them into quarters or maybe half when your baby is older.
How to serve at this age
Serve mashed or as part of a fruit puree. For older babies, offer whole or halved blueberries.
Nutrition
High in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber. Great for boosting the immune system and digestive health.
A note from the editors
Mixing blueberries with other fruits or yogurt can make a nutritious and tasty meal for babies.
Good to know
Mash or cut blueberries into small pieces to prevent choking.
