Ingredients

  • 1 small apple - grated
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional:
  • Crushed walnut - 1 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoons carob molasses

Method

    First, add the semolina and water to a small pot.

    Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Once the mixture starts boiling, reduce the heat and continue stirring until it reaches a pudding consistency. This process can take about 2-5 minutes.

    Once it reaches the pudding consistency, remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

    In a separate bowl, mix the grated apple with walnut. If desired, you can also add some cinnamon to this mixture.

    Transfer the cooled pudding into a bowl.

    Add the apple and walnut mixture on top.
