How to offer

Place 2–3 bites on the high chair tray. Always supervise during feeding. At 9 months, these golden bites are easy to pick up and full of calcium. Test by pressing firmly — they must squish. Great way to serve cauliflower when baby refuses the plain steamed version.

Storage

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in oven at 170°C.
